Job summary

The Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center seeks a Director of Nursing Research to lead the Nursing Research Department across OSUWMC and The James. You will set vision, strategy, and performance measures for nursing research and align initiatives with Magnet standards, education goals, and patient care priorities.

Qualifications

• PhD in nursing with a record of scholarship and leadership.
• Experience leading nursing research in an academic medical center.
• Mentor leaders, peers, nurses and students in research methods.

Responsibilities
