Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nursing required; Master's degree preferred.
• Current Ohio RN license.
• Minimum two years of management experience.
• Three years of registered nursing experience in relevant care setting.
• Certification in nursing administration or related area; or must be completed within 18 months.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care operations for a designated area on a 24-hour basis.
• Plan and develop short-, mid-, and long-term unit goals and processes.
• Manage and evaluate the work performance of patient care staff.
• Develop, administer and manage unit budgets; identify cost-saving initiatives.
• Foster collaboration with other departments to improve patient care outcomes.
