Job summary

Northwood Tech is seeking a Nursing Program Navigator to guide nursing students from enrollment through completion. The LTE role supports campus locations (Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake, Superior) with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend events.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, plus 2 years related experience and 1 year supervisory experience. The role emphasizes collaboration, strong customer service, and effective use of technology.

Qualifications

• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Ability to contribute to a team environment while maintaining accountability and motivation in self and others.
• Strong customer service skills that focus on diversity, community, and continuous quality improvement.
• Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite and the ability to effectively apply technology to tasks and projects.
• Ability to obtain driver’s license and insurance coverage in accordance with College policy.

Responsibilities

• Actively embody and promote Northwood Tech’s Values: Collaboration, Innovation, Excellence, Community, Support, Integrity, Respect.
• Navigate students through course and program completion.
• Provide direct assistance to prospective and current students.
• Serve as liaison between students and Collegewide departments such as Student Finance, Admissions, Academic Support.
• Schedule and facilitate informational sessions for Nursing program students.
• Complete grant administrative and reporting activities as assigned.
• Proctor exams.
• Perform other related duties within the scope of the position.
