Job summary

Northwood Technical College is seeking a full-time Nursing Admissions Specialist to support ATI Launch, waitlist decisions, and re-entry student management across four Wisconsin campuses (Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake, Superior).

The role collaborates with the ADN dean and program navigator to monitor enrollment and communicate with students and staff, with some remote work and periodic campus travel.

Qualifications

• Associate’s degree required.
• Three years related work experience required.
• Ability to communicate effectively both written and verbally.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and the ability to apply technology to tasks.
• Ability to work with a team while maintaining professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Act as central contact for ATI Launch and admissions communications.
• Monitor enrollment funnel for ADN program and waitlist processes.
• Create documentation to clarify admissions requirements.
• Coordinate with ADN dean and program navigator.
• Maintain student records in the CRM and conduct meetings with students.
• Refer students to support services and manage campus waitlists across locations.
• Prepare informational sessions and present them to groups.
• Other duties as assigned.
