Northwood Tech is seeking a Nursing Admissions Specialist to act as the central point of contact for ATI Launch and ADN program admissions across four Wisconsin campuses. The role involves guiding students through the enrollment funnel, managing waitlists, and coordinating with program leadership.)

The position may involve remote work with occasional campus travel to Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake, or Superior, and follows state employment laws for remote arrangements.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required plus three years related work experience.
• Ability to communicate effectively, both written and verbal.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and capable of applying technology to tasks.

Responsibilities

• Communicate admissions requirements to ADN program applicants and manage enrollment funnel communications.
• Monitor student progress and communicate with students and staff accordingly.
• Serve as central contact for ATI Launch and waitlist processes across campuses.
• Create and maintain documentation to clarify admissions processes and requirements.
• Maintain accurate student records in the CRM and conduct in-person and virtual meetings.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
