Job summary

Northwood Technical College is seeking a Nursing Admissions Specialist for a full-time role of 1950 hours per year across its four Wisconsin campuses (Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake, Superior). You will be the central contact for ATI Launch, waitlist decisions, and re-entry management within the ADN program, collaborating with the ADN dean and navigator.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in a related field.
• At least three years related work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Customer-service oriented with problem-solving.
• Ability to work across multiple campuses and travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Serve as central point of contact for ATI Launch and admissions communications.
• Monitor enrollment funnel in the ADN program and communicate with students.
• Coordinate with the ADN dean and program navigator.
• Create documentation clarifying admissions processes and requirements.
• Maintain CRM records and conduct in-person or virtual meetings with students.
• Refer students to appropriate support services and manage waitlist communications.
• Travel to campus locations as needed for duties.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
