Northwood Technical College is seeking a Nursing Program Navigator to support prospective and current nursing students from enrollment through program completion at Ashland, New Richmond, Rice Lake or Superior. This role collaborates with nursing faculty, advisors, admissions staff and student support—delivering guidance, coordinating resources, and facilitating information sessions on campus and online.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent.
• Two years related work experience.
• One year supervisory/leadership experience or equivalent.
• Equivalent educational/occupational experience may be considered in lieu of the bachelor’s degree.

Responsibilities

• Navigate students through course and program completion.
• Provide direct assistance to prospective and current students.
• Serve as liaison between students and Collegewide departments.
• Schedule and facilitate informational sessions on campus and virtually.
