Galen College of Nursing is seeking an Enrollment Counselor to assist prospective students as they navigate the decision-making and enrollment process. You will be the main point of contact through inquiries, tours, and acceptance notifications, helping students understand program expectations and financing options.

Your role involves following up with applicants, explaining transfer credits and pre-requisites, and ensuring all enrollment steps are completed accurately and on time.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience required.
• Excellent interpersonal, written, oral, and technical skills.
• Confident presence and customer-friendly demeanor.

Mansioni

• Follow up on inquiries via phone, email, web chat, and social media.
• Input data and document follow-up in Recruit and Colleague.
• Provide information on on-campus programs and give tours to prospective students.
• Notify students of acceptance and welcome them to the college.
• Explain program commitments and answer questions to aid decision-making.
• Guide students through enrollment, including paperwork and transfer credits.
• Ensure understanding of enrollment agreements and campus policies.
