The role collaborates with the Director of Nursing Programs, faculty, staff, and students to ensure efficient operations, regulatory compliance, and successful student outcomes at Mount St. Mary’s University in Emmitsburg, MD.

Qualifications

• Associate degree required; bachelor's degree preferred.
• Minimum of three years of progressively responsible administrative/office management experience.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and database management systems.
• Excellent organizational, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative and operational support for the BSN program and nursing leadership.
• Coordinate program communications, meetings, orientations, and advisory board events.
• Prepare correspondence, reports, agendas, and minutes; maintain calendars and records.
• Serve as primary contact for routine program inquiries.
• Assist with data collection, reporting, and accreditation-related activities.
