Stanbridge University seeks an Administrative Assistant for the BSN Clinical Programs to provide comprehensive support to the Nursing program's clinical education operations. You will help maintain accurate records, ensure compliance, and support coordination of clinical education activities across student, faculty, and partner interfaces.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two years of progressively responsible administrative experience.
• Exceptional organizational skills with outstanding attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent written, verbal, telephone, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Professional customer service skills and the ability to represent the University positively and professionally.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365, including Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint.
• Ability to quickly learn new software applications, databases, document-management systems, and AI-assisted productivity tools.
• Ability to maintain accurate and confidential student, faculty, clinical, and program records.
• Ability to understand and consistently follow established policies, procedures, deadlines, and documentation requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining accuracy, confidentiality, responsiveness, and professionalism.

Responsabilités

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the BSN program and its clinical education operations.
• Maintain accurate records and data integrity to support compliance with accreditation and partner requirements.
• Prepare professional correspondence, reports, spreadsheets, and meeting materials.
• Coordinate calendars, meetings, orientations, and clinical activities.
• Maintain confidential student records and filing systems with accuracy and privacy compliance.
• Monitor and communicate upcoming health, immunization, and other clinical documentation deadlines.
• Assist with coordinating clinical rotations, placements, labs, and simulations.
• Prepare onboarding packets, orientation materials, and placement documents.
• Support access to partner systems and onboarding processes.
• Maintain affiliation agreements and clinical partner records.
• Communicate professionally with students, faculty, partners, and departments.
• Assist with regulatory and accreditation documentation and reviews.
• Track outstanding documentation and follow up as needed.
• Prepare reports and maintain databases using Microsoft 365 and university systems.
• Support purchasing, invoicing, and inventory as assigned.
• Utilize AI-assisted productivity tools to improve efficiency while upholding confidentiality.
