Using NPD practice judgment and expertise, the practitioner promotes professional role competence, lifelong learning, and workforce development in alignment with the IU Health Way. This role partners closely with nursing leaders, educators, and interdisciplinary stakeholders to support organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practice initiatives.
