Intermountain Health is seeking an onsite Nursing Professional Development (NPD) Practitioner to guide and coordinate caregiver education, alignment with educational standards, and ongoing learning needs across care areas.

The role emphasizes mentorship, interprofessional collaboration, and advancing nursing practice with a focus on patient outcomes within the PDPE service line at the St Vincent Regional Hospital network in Billings, MT.

Qualifications

BSN from an accredited institution; degree verification required.
Current RN license in the state of practice.
BLS certification for healthcare providers.
Demonstrated experience in adult or staff development.
Demonstrated nursing experience.

Responsibilities

Learning Facilitator: guide caregiver orientation and ongoing learning using standardized tools.
Change Agent: identify learning needs and promote evidence-based practices across care areas.
Mentor: coach preceptors and caregivers for professional growth.
Leader: facilitate interprofessional learning and advancement in nursing practices.
Champion for Inquiry: share knowledge and advance NPD practice using evidence.
Advocate for NPD Specialty: promote the value of NPD within the organization.
Partner for Practice Transition: support transitions for new and existing caregivers.
