Qualifications

• Three to five years recent clinical experience preferably in a variety of clinical areas desired.
• Bachelor of Nursing degree preferred.
• Current CA State licensure as a Registered Nurse required.
• Current CPR certification required.
• ACLS is required within 90 days of hire.
• MAB is required to be completed on the first day of work.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate activities to enhance patient placement and flow.
• Oversee all patient admissions, discharges, and transfer activity.
• Monitor capacity currently and prospectively.
• Facilitate continuous throughput of patients from all entry points via effective verbal communication and swift clinical decision making.
• Serve as liaison between all clinical departments.
