Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) is required.
• Minimum five years of clinical experience in acute care or three years in a supervisory role.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork abilities; leadership and change management.

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise daily hospital operations on assigned shift.
• Coordinate staffing across all shifts and ensure appropriate skill mix.
• Improve patient flow and bed management, with timely admissions and transfers.
