Enloe Health’s Administrative Nursing leadership role is seeking an experienced Administrative House Supervisor to manage patient flow and nursing staff across day, evening, and night shifts. The role ensures safe and compliant care, guiding department managers in planning and directing services.

Qualifications include five years in acute care with supervisory experience, a California RN license, and a current CPR certificate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of five years experience in acute care nursing with supervisory ability.
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.
• Current licensure by the California Board of Registered Nurses.
• Current CPR Certification.
• Must have knowledge of JCAHO standards and Title 22 regulations; strong communication and leadership.

Responsabilités

• Oversee patient flow and nurse staffing across shifts.
• Supervise hospital activities on day, evening, or night shift.
• Ensure standards, policies and procedures are followed.
• Collaborate with department managers to plan and direct services.
