Job summary

The candidate should have 3–5 years of clinical experience with a BSN preferred, CA RN licensure, CPR, and ACLS within 90 days of hire; MAB completion on day one is required for existing staff.

Qualifications

Pay Rate Frequency: Hourly Pay Rate Max: 91.63 Pay Rate Min: 63.19 Shift: Days, 12-hour shifts Status: Part-Time

Hourly pay range: $63.19 min. - $91.63 max.

Reporting to the Associate Chief Nursing Officer, the House Supervisor is responsible for the coordination of activities to enhance patient placement and flow. Oversees all patient admissions, discharges, and transfer activity while monitoring capacity both currently and prospectively. Responsible for facilitating continuous throughput of patients from all points of entry by utilizing effective verbal communication and swift clinical decision making. The House Supervisor is the liaison between all clinical departments.

EDUCATION/TRAINING/ EXPERIENCE:

• Three to five years recent clinical experience preferably in a variety of clinical areas desired.
