• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current Ohio licensure.
• Three years progressive hospital nursing experience in administration and supervision.
• BSN required.
• ACLS certification preferred/required after hire.
• Clinical certification preferred.
• Strong communication, conflict management, decision‑making, critical thinking, and time management skills.

Responsabilidades

• Supervise patient care on a given shift as an extension of the leadership team.
• Make rounds in patient care areas to assess status and needs.
• Facilitate clear communication across shifts and staff disciplines.
• Assist with supervision and evaluation of nursing staff and clinical personnel, including disciplinary actions when needed.
• Coordinate nursing activities with related clinical departments and provide staffing information.
• Act as the crisis/incident response representative with leadership and administration; ensure compliance with nursing boards and accreditation bodies.
• Promote nursing practice quality, safety, and evidence‑based care; focus on patient experience and staff engagement.
