Job summary

Ohio State University Wexner Medical Center is seeking an Associate Nurse Manager to support the Nurse Manager in leading a team of care providers and ensuring high-quality patient-focused care.

The ANM will plan, organize, and evaluate patient care operations across designated areas, fostering a healthy work environment and collaboration with other departments to improve outcomes and efficiency.

Qualifications

• BSN from an accredited school of nursing is required.
• Current Ohio RN license is required.
• Minimum of two years of relevant experience; four to eight years preferred.
• Experience in an acute care setting is required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with planning, organization, direction and evaluation of patient care operations for a 24-hour area.
• Lead and coach patient care staff under the Nurse Manager.
• Collaborate with other departments to support patient care operations.
