Job summary

Highland Park Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Chelsea, MA, is hiring an Assistant Director of Nursing for full-time, day hours. The role oversees nursing operations and secures high-quality resident care in a compassionate, dignified environment.

Serve as care champion for dialysis den and ensure high clinical standards.
Monitor units, communicate policies, provide coaching and disciplinary support as needed.
Develop professional relationships with residents, families, staff, and medical team.
Conduct rounds to ensure quality care, coordination with support services, and staff morale.
Oversee administrative functions of Nursing Services to support compliant operations.
