Qualifications

• 3 years of nursing experience or MSN required.
• 2 years of supervisory or administrative experience.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in clinical nursing and 1 year in case management.

Responsibilities

• Assist DON and CNO in recruiting qualified staff.
• Recommend and implement solutions for operational issues.
• Develop and implement training programs for staff.

Education
