Central Nursing Home is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to help organize and oversee all nursing operations. This role will support the DON in creating a collaborative and efficient workplace focused on quality standards and policies for excellent patient care.

The ideal candidate is a hard-working Registered Nurse with strong managerial and administrative skills, effective listening, and problem-solving abilities to foster a positive environment for staff and patients alike.

Formación

• Registered Nurse with managerial/administrative development experience.
• Knowledge of KPI/KQIs in patient care and nursing home procedures.
• Familiarity with budgeting and financial reporting in a healthcare setting.

Responsabilidades

• Assist in setting objectives and long-term goals for the nursing department.
• Organize admission, nursing and patient care procedures.
• Develop and enforce policies for legal compliance and high quality standards.
• Assist in budgeting control and monitoring expenditures.
• Resolve issues and deficiencies as they arise.
• Manage record-keeping procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to streamline operations.
• Report to upper management.
