Job summary

Manchester Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing Services to lead and develop our nursing team in a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment. The role blends hands‑on leadership with strategic oversight of clinical operations and quality care.

You will supervise CNAs and licensed staff, manage scheduling, ensure regulatory compliance, and participate in on‑call leadership to support resident safety and excellent care delivery.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in a nursing/long‑term care setting.
• Proven ability to supervise CNAs and licensed nurses.
• Strong knowledge of state and federal skilled-nursing regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee nursing schedules for CNAs and licensed nurses.
• Lead clinical operations in absence of the DNS.
• Ensure compliance with care plans and documentation.
