Job summary
Westgate, affiliated with National Health Care Associates, is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to lead the clinical program and daily operations. Working with the Director of Nursing, you will set objectives, drive high standards of resident care, and foster a culture of excellence in our Bangor, Maine center.
Requirements include a valid state RN license and an advanced degree or certification preferred.

- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to optimize resident care.
- Ensure regulatory compliance and participate in quality assurance monitoring.
- Drive a culture of continuous improvement in nursing care.
