Job summary

Southridge Rehab & Living Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Biddeford, ME. This full-time role supports the Director of Nursing in daily operations, clinical leadership, and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN or LPN license in Maine with at least two years of management experience; long-term and rehab experience is preferred. Starting pay is $35–$42.66/hr for LPN and $40–$48.76/hr for RN, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Must hold RN or LPN license in Maine.
• Two years of management/leadership experience required.
• Long term and Acute/Rehab experience preferred.
