Qualifications

• Minimum of three years of clinical nursing experience.
• Supervisory experience and knowledge of staff development.
• Experience in rehabilitative nursing practices preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning nursing operations and setting priorities.
• Serve as a care champion for the dialysis unit.
• Monitor nursing unit activities and provide feedback.
• Develop relationships with residents and family members.
• Conduct rounds to monitor care and staff morale.
• Oversee administrative functions related to Nursing Services.
