Southridge Rehab & Living Center is seeking a dedicated Assistant Director of Nursing to join our team in Biddeford, ME. This full-time role supports the Director of Nursing in daily operations, clinical leadership, and regulatory compliance.

Qualified candidates will hold an active RN or LPN license in Maine with at least two years of management experience; long-term and rehab experience is preferred. Starting pay is $35–$42.66/hr for LPN and $40–$48.76/hr for RN, depending on experience.

Qualifications

• Long term and Acute/Rehab experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations.
• Provide clinical leadership, guidance, and support to staff.
• Monitor resident care and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Assist with staff supervision, scheduling, education, and performance management.
• Participate in care planning and quality assurance activities.
• Support development and implementation of nursing practices.
• Respond to resident and family concerns and foster positive relationships.
