Job summary

You will lead professional staff and collaborate with physicians to implement care delivery models that improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing required.
• Two years of RN experience in acute care or ambulatory settings.
• Current Florida RN license or eNLC multi-state license.
• Current BLS certification.
• May require ACLS, PALS, NALS, or TNCC depending on patient population.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clinical operations within assigned practice settings to ensure safe, high-quality patient care, high patient satisfaction, timely access, and optimal patient flow.
• Lead staffing, budgeting, and performance coaching to meet daily patient needs and budget targets.
• Collaborate with managers and physicians to design and evaluate care delivery models that improve patient outcomes.
• Promote evidence-based practice and continuous process improvement across the unit/department.
• Mentor team members and foster professional development and engagement.
