Job summary

Orlando Health is seeking a Clinical Assistant Nurse Manager to lead shift operations within a high-acuity clinical setting. You will guide patient care assignments, optimize patient flow, and focus on delivering exceptional customer experience and quality outcomes.

The role requires a BSN (preferred), Florida RN licensure, and a current BLS certificate, with ACLS/TNCC certifications often preferred for specialized units. One year of OR RN/Nurse Circulator experience is requested.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science in Nursing Degree (BSN) preferred.
• Current licensure as a registered nurse in the State of Florida or Nurse Licensure Compact (NLC).
• Current Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Certification in area of expertise; preferred.
• May require ACLS and/or TNCC depending on patient population.

Responsibilities

• Lead shift operations to ensure high-quality care and optimal patient flow.
• Coordinate patient care assignments based on acuity and staff skills.
• Monitor and improve patient outcomes and customer experience.
• Support frontline team members and promote collaboration and problem solving.
