Job summary

Sweeping Corporation of America is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to help coordinate and oversee health and supportive services for residents in our Silverdale, WA community. LPN or RN required; active license necessary.

You will supervise care staff, train teams, and work with physicians, pharmacies, and family members to maintain high-quality care. Weekend availability and compliance with state rules are essential.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN degree and active license required.
• Minimum 2 years in geriatric nursing including meds, delivery systems and pharmacies.
• At least 1 year in supervisory/management with budgeting, staff development, scheduling.
• Basic computer skills and ability to learn company applications.
• Current First Aid and CPR card.
• Criminal Background and fingerprint check.
• Weekend availability required.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• Must meet all health and education requirements per State regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day clinical operations to ensure residents' healthcare needs are met.
• Direct training, supervision, and monitoring of care staff.
• Coordinate with physicians, pharmacies, and allied providers.
• Develop and implement individualized service plans for residents.
• Maintain accurate resident records and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Represent the residence with external agencies and in community events.
