Job summary

Arvum Senior Living is seeking a Nursing leader to coordinate the health and well-being of residents. You will develop and manage the personal care staff schedule, ensure proper staffing, and collaborate with the Director of Health & Wellness to maintain high standards of care.

Qualifications

• Maintains current state license as a Licensed Professional Nurse or a Registered Nurse per state regulations.
• Experience in assisted living, home health or long term care industries.
• Two years experience as a Licensed Nurse preferred
• One year nursing management experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provides leadership and coordination of residents' health and well-being in coordination with the Director of Health & Wellness.
• Develops and implements the personal care staff schedule.
• Fills call-offs and ensures proper staffing levels.
• Assists with staffing vacancies and maintains compliance with regulations.
• Ensures adherence to federal, state, and local laws governing clinical care.
• Maintains resident health information confidentiality and coordinates care with families.
