Job summary

One Health Partners PLLC in New Jersey is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to join as second‑in‑command to the Director of Nursing. The role begins with hands‑on clinical immersion and progresses to administrative leadership across NJ service locations.

The transition features a phased plan: six to twelve months of onboarding, followed by day‑to‑day nursing operations leadership with on‑site presence at every site and travel among locations.

Qualifications

• Active New Jersey RN license in good standing.
• Five or more years of infusion nursing experience.
• Two or more years in formal nursing leadership with direct nursing reports.
• Strong clinical infusion skills including central line and port management.
• Current BLS certification; ACLS preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care during clinical immersion and ongoing clinical competency.
• Maintain therapies across locations including biologics and pediatric services.
• Perform peripheral IV access and manage central lines/ports.
• Build nurse schedules and staffing coverage across locations.
• Participate in recruiting, hiring, onboarding, and training of nursing staff.
• Maintain the nursing competency program, including validation and documentation.
• Support policy and protocol administration and quality initiatives.
