Option Care Health, Inc. is seeking a Senior Director, Operations to lead patient care and operational excellence across branches, including pharmacy and nursing. You will drive efficiency, safety and regulatory compliance while guiding market development and financial performance.

The role requires strong leadership, 5+ years managing people in matrixed organizations, and travel up to 20% for business needs. RN or RPh licensure preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 8 years of experience in a position leading operations.
• At least 3 years of experience managing a P&L including budget development.
• Experience in diagnosing, isolating, and resolving complex issues in operations.
• Experience providing customer service to internal and external customers, including quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Oversees operational performance of all assigned branches including delivery of services and patient care.
• Ensures patient safety and satisfaction through all operations, including pharmacy dispensing and nursing.
• Drives market development and implements market-based sales strategy with Regional leadership.
• Manages financial performance through inventory optimization, controllable expenses, and accurate patient onboarding.
