Qualifications

• Active New Jersey registered nurse license or higher in good standing.
• Five or more years of infusion nursing experience.
• Two or more years of formal nursing leadership experience with direct nursing reports.

Responsibilities

• Direct patient care during clinical immersion and ongoing clinical competency.
• Proficiency in all therapies the company administers across locations, including pediatric services.
• Build nurse schedules and coverage across locations; manage callouts and float coverage.
