Qualifikationen

• RN experience of 5+ years required.
• 3+ years of management/leadership experience preferred.
• Surgery experience strongly preferred.
• Licensed RN in Indiana required.
• Certification in Nursing Administration within three years of assuming the role.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Knowledge of performance improvement.
• Ability to manage departmental budgets.
• Demonstrated ability to communicate, negotiate, be flexible, and problem-solve.

Aufgaben

• Oversee Inpatient Surgery at our new, state-of-the-art hospital in Westfield, IN.
• Initiate a new nursing team and develop partnerships between team members, physicians, and the network.
• Lead service excellence, clinical standards, and patient satisfaction goals including patient/physician relationships and staff engagement.
• Ensure staffing workloads and assignments reflect appropriate utilization of personnel and patient needs.
• Utilize evidence-based practices to improve clinical outcomes and patient satisfaction.
