Ardent Health Services is seeking a Nursing Manager for Surgery and Education in Westwood, NJ. This day shift, full-time leadership role oversees surgical services and education programs, partnering with physicians and clinical staff to advance patient safety and outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds a BSN, with 5+ years perioperative nursing, 2+ years leadership/education experience, RN license, CNOR or within 1 year, ACLS, and BLS within 14 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing.
• 5+ years of perioperative nursing experience.
• 2+ years of leadership, educator, or professional development experience.
• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license.
• CNOR certification or must be attained within 1 year of hire.
• ACLS
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.

• Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS)

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Master’s degree in Nursing, Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Experience in community hospital or acute care surgical services.

Rate of pay is determined based on experience and education, and may include other pay components such as differentials and call pay based on role.
