Phoebe Sumter in Americus is hiring a dynamic nursing manager to lead medical surgical and telemetry units. The successful candidate will lead patient care initiatives, productivity and efficiency, drive quality metrics, develop staff, and enhance patient satisfaction. Responsibilities include directing and supervising functions and activities in the unit, interpreting and implementing policies, procedures, standards, and regulations to personnel, patients, medical staff, and the public. The role requires performing duties in any nursing capacity as needed.

Minimum Requirements

1. Education: S4-year / Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (Required)
2. Experience: 2 years of experience in an acute healthcare setting in the area of specialty with proven management skills (Required)
3. Certifications and Licenses: Registered Nurse (RN) with current Georgia license, Basic Life Support (BLS); Department-specific certifications may be required
