Job summary

Aspen Grove Senior Living in Lambertville, MI, a Sonida Senior Living community, seeks an LPN/LVN to support resident care in an assisted living and memory care setting. You will coordinate nursing staff, administer meds, and document shift reports to ensure high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN, and maintain current licensure

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with rules and guidelines
• Administer all medications as ordered by the physician
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning shift activities
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment for residents
• Place calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions
• Pull patient charts and perform general office duties as required

LPN/LVN Responsibilities include:

• Direct the day-to-day functions of the nursing assistants in accordance with current rules, regulations and guidelines that govern the Assisted Living Facility
• Administer all medications as ordered by the physician
• Make written and oral reports/recommendations concerning the activities of your shift as required
• Ensure adequate supply of medications, supplies and equipment is on hand to meet the nursing needs of residents. Report needs to the nursing supervisor
• Place phone calls to pharmacies to order prescriptions
• Pulls and prepares patient charts; performs other general office duties as required

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year experience required
• Must be licensed as an LPN/LVN, and must maintain current and unencumbered licensure
