Genesiscareers in Everett, WA is launching a Director of Nursing in Training (DON-IT) program designed to grow clinical leaders through mentorship, hands-on leadership, and real-world nursing experience in skilled nursing settings.

You will rotate through clinical and operational areas, develop staffing and regulatory competencies, lead projects, and present a capstone to leadership. A RN license (BSN preferred) is required for this pathway; comprehensive benefits accompany the program.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.
• BSN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead as a nursing leader in DON-IT program and support resident care excellence.
• Rotate through clinical and operational areas to understand nursing leadership impact on quality outcomes and staffing.
• Engage in mentorship, coaching, and leadership development activities.
• Collaborate on projects to improve resident care, workforce engagement, and operational performance.
• Complete a capstone project presented to nursing center, Pod, or national leadership.
