Job summary
Genesis HealthCare in Everett, WA is seeking a Nurse leader for its Director of Nursing in Training (DON-IT) program. You will rotate through clinical and operational areas, developing leadership skills to prepare for a Director of Nursing role in skilled nursing and long-term care.

Qualifications
- Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure.
- BSN is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor nursing teams to develop confident DON-level competencies.
- Participate in leadership meetings, coaching sessions and capstone project.
- Prepare to assume the Director of Nursing role in a skilled nursing environment with focus on quality, compliance and resident care.
- Support initiatives to improve resident outcomes and staff engagement.
