Job summary

Genesis HealthCare is seeking a nurse leader for a Director of Nursing in Training role. The program develops clinical and operational leadership through mentorship and hands-on exposure in skilled nursing settings.

You will rotate through clinical areas, manage staffing and quality initiatives, and present a capstone project to leadership. RN licensure and a BSN (preferred) are highly valued as you advance toward DON responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with RN licensure in good standing.
• BSN preferred for leadership track and regulatory readiness.
• Willingness to participate in DON-IT program and leadership development.

Responsibilities

• Lead nursing teams across clinical and operational areas.
• Oversee staffing, quality measures, patient experience and safety.
• Complete capstone project and contribute to center and Pod initiatives.
