Job summary

Complete-Care at Corsica Hills is seeking an RN Weekend Lead to supervise nursing staff during Saturday/Sunday shifts in a long-term care setting in Maryland. This full-time role requires an active RN license and prior long-term care experience, with duties including medication oversight, rounds, staff education, and ensuring compliance with regulations.

The ideal candidate can work independently, lead a team, and communicate effectively with residents, families, and leadership.

Qualifications

• Prior experience managing staff is preferred.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Computer knowledge.
• Previous long term care experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Directly supervise the nursing staff on assigned shift by monitoring the distribution of medications, blood draws, and other elements of patient care.
• Conduct nursing rounds on all each unit multiple times throughout the shift.
• Provide education, as needed, to staff, residents and resident family members.
• Ensure staff are performing all duties in accordance with local, state, and federal guidelines.
• Other duties as assigned by Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing or Administrator.
