Job summary

Complete Care is hiring an RN Weekend Nurse Supervisor to lead our care team on 7am-7pm Sat/Sun or 7pm-7am Sat/Sun shifts. You’ll mentor CNAs, LPNs, and RNs, review care plans, and keep clinical operations running smoothly with empathy and precision.

As a PA-licensed RN with supervisory experience in long-term care, you’ll shape care culture, collaborate with physicians and therapists, and support residents to live their best lives while modeling calm, competence, and clear communication.

Qualifications

• RN license in good standing.
• Proven supervisory experience in long-term care.
• Ability to mentor CNAs, LPNs and RNs with empathy.

Responsibilities

Who You Are:

• Organized like a wedding planner, calm like a yoga instructor, and smart like a trivia champion
