Saber Healthcare Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing to support the Director of Nursing in managing the day-to-day operations of the SNF Nursing Service Department at Valley Hill Health and Rehab in Hendersonville, NC.

The role emphasizes maintaining high standards of care, regulatory compliance, and collaboration with the facility leadership to ensure residents receive excellent, compassionate care.

Qualifications

• Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum two (2) years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare facility (preferably long-term care).
• Must possess basic computer skills and the ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsabilités

• Assist the Director of Nursing with planning, organizing, developing, and directing day-to-day Nursing Service operations.
• Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to ensure quality of care and compliance with standards and policies.
• Follows health, sanitation, and infection control policies and implements Nursing Policies and Procedures.
