Qualifications

• Must be a licensed RN in the state of employment.
• Minimum two years of supervisory experience in a healthcare facility, preferably long-term care.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning and managing the Nursing Service.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state and local standards and regulations.
• Oversee day-to-day operations of the SNF Nursing Service and promote quality resident care.
