Valley Hill Health & Rehab in Hendersonville, NC is seeking a Director of Nursing (DON) to lead the Nursing Service Department in a SNF setting. You will develop, organize, and direct operations to ensure high quality resident care and regulatory compliance.

You will work with the Administrator and Medical Director, mentor staff through DON mentorship programs, and drive a patient-centered culture with strong leadership and a focus on education and growth.

Qualifications

• Must possess two years of supervisory experience in a nursing community or related healthcare setting.
• Must have basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
• Must possess a current RN license and CPR/BLS certification.

Responsabilités

• Organize, develop, manage, and direct the Nursing Service Department in accordance with standards and regulations.
• Collaborate with Administrator and Medical Director to ensure high quality care for every resident.
• Maintain health, sanitary, and infection control policies and standards of practice.
