Qualifications

• Must hold an active RN license in the state of practice.
• Minimum 2 years of supervisory experience in a hospital, nursing facility, or related healthcare setting.
• Proficient computer skills and ability to navigate EHR software.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, and directing day-to-day Nursing Service operations.
• Ensure regulatory compliance and maintain high-quality resident care standards.
