Job summary
The Saber Health Group is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing at Valley Hill Health and Rehab, 1510 Hebron Road, Hendersonville, NC 28739. This full-time, on-site role supports the Director of Nursing in day-to-day SNF nursing operations and ensures high-quality resident care.

Qualifications
- Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the applicable state or an LPN license if allowed.
- Minimum two years in a supervisory role in a hospital, nursing facility or related healthcare facility, preferably long term care.
- Must possess basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.
Responsibilities
- Assist the Director of Nursing in planning, organizing, developing, managing and directing day-to-day SNF Nursing Service operations.
- Ensure adherence to federal, state and local standards, guidelines and infection control policies.
- Collaborate with the Administrator and Medical Director to maintain high quality resident care.
- Maintain compliance with Nursing Policies and Procedures and support staff development.
