Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure by the State Board of Nursing.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the Future Leaders Program to develop nursing leadership.
• Rotate through clinical and operational areas to learn leadership impacts on quality outcomes, staffing, and resident experience.
• Lead projects to improve resident care, quality outcomes, workforce engagement, and operational performance.
• Receive mentorship from experienced Directors of Nursing and market clinical leaders.
• Present a capstone project to nursing center, pod, or national leadership.
