Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an accredited School of Nursing with current RN licensure by the State Board.
• BSN is preferred.
• Leadership potential in long-term care and skilled nursing settings.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow through the DON-IT program to become a Director of Nursing.
• Participate in mentorship with experienced directors and market leaders.
• Rotate through key clinical and operational areas to learn staffing, quality measures, and survey readiness.
• Lead projects focused on resident care and operational performance.
• Develop leadership and communication skills through workshops and coaching.
