Creative Solutions in Healthcare, Inc. in Humble, TX is seeking an Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) to lead quality resident care, support staff, and ensure regulatory compliance.

This leadership role requires dependable clinical judgment and the ability to multitask in a dynamic environment. You will oversee staffing, care plans, infection control, and documentation, collaborating with physicians and nursing teams to design individualized plans.

Qualifications

• Licensed RN in good standing.
• Strong leadership/management experience.
• Background in geriatric or long-term care nursing.
• Restorative care philosophy with strong assessment and communication skills.
• Working knowledge of nursing home regulations and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Support floor staffing needs and coverage when required.
• Oversee resident care including MDS, care planning, performance improvement, and infection control programs.
• Hire, train, evaluate, assign, and delegate nursing duties based on census and budget.
• Review and maintain accurate resident records and documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians and nursing teams to design individualized care plans.
• Ensure timely access to equipment, supplies, and other care resources for staff.
• Conduct assessments and implement infection control measures.
